Our team aims to alleviate the stress of insurance by offering friendly, knowledgeable support during both good and challenging times. We specialize in auto, home, renters, life, health, small business insurance, and loans, serving the Knoxville area including Fountain City, Corryton, North Knoxville and beyond.

Penny is passionate about community involvement, actively participating in the Fountain City Lions Club and supporting local schools. She donates teddy bears to the Knoxville Police and Fire Departments for children in need.

When not at work, Penny enjoys home projects, gardening, and spending time at the lake with her husband, Scott. They love visiting family across several states. Penny is also proud of her son in the Navy, her daughter-in-law who works remotely for her , and her daughter, an athletic mental health counselor at Troy University. Their two beloved dogs, Rainy Roo and Big Boy, occasionally join her at the office.
