"I began to look for a new agent for all of our insurance needs - home, auto, business liability, etc. I met Penny at a social event. She was with Dominique. Dominique asked if she could give me a quote. From that point forward Dominique was hustling for my business. She was full of answers & always professional. And patient too! I’m not the easiest person to deal with, but Dominique hung in there. Five stars is low. More like a hundred and five. Service, professionalism, prompt response time & all with State Farm behind them, what’s not to like? If you’ve read this far, stop. Call Penny or Dominique right away. It’ll be the best call you make. Update: last year (2023) I had storm damage. The service every step of the way was stellar. Set up my bank info on the app. Funds were approved & deposited within 10 minutes. I could not have been more impressed. Recent update: Penny was right there, I mean right there to assist a great & wonderful friend who’s business burned (2024). One cannot process fire damage. Too much sensory overload. Penny was & is right there. A comfort & strength when needed most."

"My experience with Penny’s State Farm office has been very positive. I switched to State Farm insurance (car, home and umbrella) three years ago after being with another popular company for decades. Even without any claims, my premium kept increasing. The quote from State Farm cost less for better coverage and I have continued to receive the excellent service. Most recently a cracked windshield was efficiently replaced in less than two days after reporting it. I have also received proactive information on things I can do to lower my premiums. I felt this experience would be helpful to share."

"Our State Farm agent, Penny Kleinschmidt, and the agency folks who work there, are always available and attentive. They keep us apprised of changes, updates, suggestions; they make sure our coverage matches our needs for both property and cars. It was a smooth transition when we downsized homes. They were recommended to us when we moved here from another state, and we are very pleased with all of it. We were already State Farm customers after shopping around in our previous state, so this was a no brainer. Highly recommend."
